An international company with a long tradition, a leading supplier of sugars and sweeteners, is seeking a suitable candidate to join its logistics team as a Logistics Coordinator. The offices are currently located in Zvoleněves, and will be relocating to Prague in the coming months (estimated May). The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of Spanish and French, in addition to English.
Responsibilities
* Order processing, close collaboration with production.
* Shipment planning, carrier communication, and processing of shipping documents (CMR, delivery notes).
* Invoice processing (issued and received invoices).
* Data entry into the internal system (ITAS).
* Providing customer service (phone/email).

Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics.
* Proficient in Czech, with active spoken and written English, and Spanish (French is a strong asset).
* Proficiency in PC skills.
