Profession: completed commercial training
Experience: some years in customer service; experience in accounting is a great plus
IT-competencies: MS office an ideally ERP-experience
Personality: good in communications, team spirit, reliability and independent way of working
Enjoy working with customers

Order Managament/order processing: You record the orders in our ERP system an dyou take care of the customer data
Communication: You create an send order confirmations an invoices
Logistics: You organize deliveries, create delivery and customs documents and you keep an eye on the processes
Customer support: You support sales, coordinate appointments and monitor delivery times
Collaboration: You work together with the planning, quality assurance and production departments
Complaint processing

Salary 40 000 - 45 000 CZK
25 days of holiday (5 weeks)
