We are currently looking for a German service desk specialist to join our client team, a global company with a branch in Brno. This role offers the opportunity to work on various projects, with tasks that may vary depending on the assigned project.
what you will do
* Provide support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
* Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
* Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.
* Escalate complex problems to higher-level teams when necessary.
* Ensure excellent customer service and user satisfaction.
who we are looking for
* Fluency in German and English (B2 level or higher).
* Comfortable handling phone calls, emails, and general support tasks.
* Strong problem-solving skills and customer orientation.
* Previous experience in a similar position is a significant advantage, but not mandatory.
* Willingness to work in shifts, including occasional night shifts and public holidays.
