Proficiency in English and German
Experience in online teaching and training delivery
Familiar with digital upskilling challenges, job market demands, and workforce trends
Knowledge of academic institutions, NGOs, and training providers focused on employment and skills development

Support the regional team and collaborate on program implementation and growth
Provide training and support to partners in implementation and activation
Share knowledge of the internal platform with partners
Help partners identify competencies and activities to meet program goals
Build communities, identify volunteer opportunities and collect success stories
Support the program's marketing and communications campaigns
