Finance manager/Chief Accountant Praha

For our dedicated client we are looking for a right candidate on the position of Finance Manager/Chief Accountant.


job responsibilities:

* Lead the finance department and oversee the financial management of the company
* Forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the parent company
* Preparing ad-hoc reports for company management
* Monitoring and analyzing costs, revenues, and other key performance indicators
* Ensuring compliance with legislation and accounting standards both internal and external
* Overseeing financial audits, tax, and other regulatory controls
* Collaborating with other departments – logistics, warehouse, sales, and marketing
* Managing annual inventory processes

who we are looking for

* University degree
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or senior accounting position, ideally in an international environment
* Advanced knowledge of Czech accounting and tax regulations
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
* Experience with some ERP system; MS Office (advanced Excel skills)
* Proficiency in English (daily communication across countries), proficiency in Czech
