Tasks and Responsibilities:
Be the go-to expert for technical assistance, helping users troubleshoot issues related to computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and other tech tools.
Meticulously document user issues using our ITSM tool, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
Adhere to established processes and knowledge documents, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Manage ticket backlogs like a pro, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
Take part in continuous service improvement activities, from creating knowledge scripts to updating training documents.
Collaborate closely with onsite IT technicians, fostering seamless teamwork and problem-solving.
Requirements:
Fluent in both German and English, with additional languages considered a bonus.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications would be a definite plus.
Possess strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users and team members.
Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
Independent yet effective worker, ready to follow directions and best practices.
Exceptional planning and organizing skills to stay on top of tasks.
